The CPRC Server is a state of the art telephony server which allows the connection of both Voice over IP (VOIP) and standard land lines (PSTN).
The facilities offered by the system allow both an improved customer experience when calling the company and employees also benefit from the additional facilities offered
The result of this improvement contributes to an efficiency increase and reduction in the costs of voice communications.
The use of the IP technology allows a number of features to be included in the systems at minimal cost which are unique to this technology.
The value of these facilities is dependant on the type of business being managed but all can benefit from the lower costs involved as well as improved communication.
Remote Extensions
The CPRC Server can provide access from any internet connection in the world therefore providing a virtual office environment. This will reduce the calling costs as all calls made from these connections will be charged the same rates as a call made from the host system.
This can be managed for both international travellers and employees working from home in the UK.
Calls between extensions on the same server will be free.
Business Continuity
One of the main requirements is to ensure business continuity in the event of system or power failure and this is included in all CPRC systems. Any coomunications switching device is dependant on power and although the power failure is not common in the UK the need to continue to receive and originate calls is critical.
Virtual Receptionist
Calls received by many businesses are answered by the first available extension to be free or available irrespective of the required destination. The use of an Virtual Receptionist to answer all calls and then redirect them could improve the efficiency of the organisation and ensure your callers are directed to the correct person or function.
Voicemail
All extensions can be allocated voicemail boxes and in the event of a message being left then this can be forwarded to the recipients email including a file containing the message. This file can be played on the recipients? computer without calling their extension to recover the message.
Call Forwarding
Call forwarding to any number including remote extensions
Call Hold
This places callers on hold with the option of music. This call could then be recovered by any extension including the original extension.
Conference Calling
This facility allows a number of users to join in a call. These users can be internal, remote users or external users.
The other facilities are offered by the system are found on most existing analogue systems but it is possible to configure customer specific facilities.
We have described some of the advanced facilities available from the CPRC telephony product but other facilities are available and may be of value to your organisation.
We are confident that we can make a real and beneficial improvement to your communications and we would be pleased to discuss your requirements.
